Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from TulTul! Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
• Returns: We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• Exchanges: If your item doesn’t fit, we’ll gladly exchange it for another size. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
