Add new product

Required: product name, selling price, and at least one photo. Follow the numbered steps below.

Live preview

1. Shop card (what customers see first)

This is the small product box on the shop page. Fill this carefully — customers decide to click based on this.

1

Write the product title clearly. Example: “Oversized Black Tee”.

The price customers will pay now. Numbers only.

Optional. Put a higher number if you want a discount look (old price crossed out).

Small tag on the photo. Example: “New”, “Hot”, “20% OFF”.

Smaller number = shows earlier. Example: 1 first, then 2, then 3.

Add the sizes customers can pick, then edit the measurement table. You can add extra columns (Chest, Rise, etc.) and extra rows.

2

Comma-separated. Letters (S/M/L/XL) and numbers (28, 24.2) are both fine. These become the size buttons on the product page.

Comma-separated color names. If filled, customers can choose their color on the product page and it will be recorded in the order and email. Leave blank if no color choices.

Standard default size chart (S, M, L, XL with Length, Chest, Sleeve measurements) is used automatically across all products. Check this box to override with custom measurements for this product.

Paste table text using pipes (|) or tabs (e.g. copied from ChatGPT or Excel). It automatically updates the table below!

First column is the size label. Other columns are measurements. Leave a cell blank if that size does not need that measurement.

3. Product photos

First photo becomes the shop thumbnail. Size chart is edited in step 2.

No upload started

Choose clear product photos → click Upload images → links will appear automatically in the box below.

Prefer uploading above. Use this only if you already have image links. First line = main photo.

4. Where it appears

Choose if the product is live, and which shop sections it should show in.

4

Uncheck Published to keep it hidden as a draft. Tick Featured / Hot Selling to show in those sections.
